Like most anime, this does benefit from an HD picture where colors are vivid and nice detail, with the occasional instances of banding that does permeate from time to time.<\/p>\n<p>Each movie comes with an option of the English or Japanese DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track, which does output clear dialogue levels and some adequate depth for the car racing sequences and the ambient noises in the cityscape scenes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"*\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moviemansguide.com\/images\/main\/bar_blue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"3\" \/><\/p>\n<table id=\"review-content\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>OVERALL \u2013 3.0\/5<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td id=\"review-content2\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Initial D: Theatrical Collection<\/em><\/strong> is a good set for fans of the series, giving all three films on one disc and although it does have plenty of the anime tropes, I did enjoy the movies for what they are.
