Now they must journey to a distant planet to learn the secrets of the ancient Ninjetti. Only then will they become empowered with strength enough to restore their Morphin ability and defeat the evil Ivan Ooze.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Review: <\/strong>I never was that big of a fan of the <em>Mighty Morphin Power Rangers<\/em> television series but it certainly had its charms despite, or perhaps because of, some of the more bad elements. With the show\u2019s popularity, Saban Entertainment brought these super powered teenagers to the big screen. I had previously seen <strong><em>Mighty Morphin Power Ranges: The Movie<\/em><\/strong> probably somewhere in the early 2000s and let\u2019s just say left unimpressed and even kind of immensely disliking it. Not a huge selection but along with the previously released <strong><u>Making-of Featurette (4:30)<\/u><\/strong> as well as the <strong><u>Theatrical Trailer (2:13)<\/u><\/strong> that were on the DVD release, this also comes with <strong><u>The Mighty Leap to the Silver Screen (44:04)<\/u><\/strong> containing new interviews with Director Bryan Spicer and Actors Johnny Yong Bosch (Black Ranger), Jason David Frank (White Ranger), Karan Ashley (Yellow Ranger), David Yost (Blue Ranger), Steve Cardenas (Red Ranger), Paul Freeman (Ivan Ooze), Jason Narvy (Skull) and others.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"*\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moviemansguide.com\/images\/main\/bar_blue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"3\" \/><\/p>\n<table id=\"review-content\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>VIDEO \u2013 4.5\/5<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td id=\"review-content2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shout Factory releases <strong><em>Might Morphin Power Rangers<\/em><\/strong> where it\u2019s shown in its original 1.85 widescreen aspect ratio and given a 1080p high-definition transfer. Given there\u2019s no mention on the back cover, it doesn\u2019t appear this was some sort of new scan so likely this was given to Shout by Fox. Even so, this was not at all a bad looking picture, detail is sharp throughout and considering the light-hearted and kid-centric nature, colors were generally bright including the Rangers\u2019 outfits, the reds and yellows especially standing out.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"*\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moviemansguide.com\/images\/main\/bar_blue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"3\" \/><\/p>\n<table id=\"review-content\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>AUDIO \u2013 4.5\/5<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td id=\"review-content2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The movie comes with a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track which I found surprisingly strong.
