How bad is Ronald? The Wood family finds out when they move into a house with an extra the realtor didn\u2019t know about: teenage Ronald (SCOTT JACOBY), who\u2019s been hiding in a secret room ever since he killed a neighbor girl. Ronald was a little weird when he entered the room. Now he\u2019s creepy-scary crazy. And he finds the three pretty Wood daughters very, very interesting.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Bad Ronald<\/em><\/strong> crashes through the wall onto Blu-ray through Warner\u2019s Archive Collection presented in its originally televised 1.33 full frame aspect ratio and given a new 1080p high-definition transfer. The picture quality is quite good especially for a 1970s made-for-TV movie, colors are decent enough showing off the beautiful motif of the era and detail is sharp and nicely defined throughout.<\/p>\n

The movie comes with a DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 Mono track which is serviceable providing for clear dialogue levels and outside of some minor hissing in the quieter scenes, still not at all bad.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Overall, Bad Ronald<\/em><\/strong> is a movie I honestly never heard of before but thanks to a bit of a strange Blu-ray release from the Warner Archive Collection, I actually had the pleasure of seeing. It is certainly a creepy movie thanks to Scott Jacoby\u2019s understated but nevertheless disturbing performance that makes it worthwhile to check out, even if it is a basic, no-frills release.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
