PLOT SYNOPSIS

On the cusp of her engagement to a rich aristocrat, Patricia Hanley (BILLIE DOVE) announces that she will not go through with the marriage. Her heart belongs to another: violinist Paul Gherardi (BASIL RATHBONE), whom she intends to wed. Although Patricia has sacrificed her social standing to be with\u00a0Paul, when the musician gains fame his attentions turn to Countess Olga Balakireff (KAY FRANCIS). Patricia’s suspicion that she made the wrong decision increases when she runs into an old suitor.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The video is littered with dust marks, scratches and specs while the mono audio is adequate for the dialogue but also has its issues.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

This DVD release from the WAC offers up average (at best) video, so-so audio and unsurprisingly, no bonus material.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
