Although I wasn\u2019t especially wowed by the picture as it\u2019s not particularly sharp in spots, the detail still isn\u2019t half bad and colors are bright and vibrant throughout and I don\u2019t recall seeing any obvious signs of dust, scratches, dirt or other flaws.<\/p>\n<p>The disc comes with a nice-sounding DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 Mono track which does provide for clear dialogue through that center channel and there is even some modest depth during certain scenes, specifically the shoot-out in the finale.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"*\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moviemansguide.com\/images\/main\/bar_blue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"3\" \/><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/MOS0Ve9.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"border-screencapture aligncenter\" title=\"The Law and Jake Wade\" src=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/MOS0Ve9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<table id=\"review-content\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>OVERALL \u2013 3.75\/5<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td id=\"review-content2\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Overall, <strong><em>The Law and Jake Wade<\/em><\/strong> is a very well made western-crime-thriller with strong performances from its leads, Robert Taylor and Richard Widmark, as directed by veteran John Sturges (<em>Gunfight at the O.K.
