Synopsis: <\/strong>When grief-stricken ex-Navy SEAL Martin Riggs (CLAYNE CRAWFORD) moves to California to start over, he\u2019s paired with Roger Murtaugh (DAMON WAYANS), who\u2019s back at the LAPD after a near-fatal heart attack. Riggs\u2019 impulse for diving into the line of fire instantly clashes with Murtaugh\u2019s by-the-book approach. Yet, after the first few car chases, explosions and shootouts, each man comes to recognize his partner\u2019s true worth and, above all, their shared values.<\/p>\n

Quick Hit Review: <\/strong>When the idea of adapting the classic Lethal Weapon<\/em> (well, the first two were great, #3 not bad, #4 a fun mess) into a television series, this didn\u2019t show a lot of promise and casting of Damon Wayans didn\u2019t do much for me. But lo and behold, this first season is actually pretty darn good and not only is Wayans great as Murtaugh, but Clayne Crawford makes for a great Riggs. Sure, neither can hold a candle to their film counterparts, but going this route versus a reboot film was the right move.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

This is a pleasant looking enough show that features bright colors, natural looking skin tones and relatively sharp detail throughout. Nothing special but for a TV series, has an okay pop to it.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
