Quick Hit Review: <\/strong>This is a rather standard, seen-it-before, supernatural horror-thriller that stays alive, so to speak, due to some genuinely creepy scenes that work in themselves but as a whole, the film really isn\u2019t all that effective. Although there\u2019s nothing that really stands out, though Katee Sackhoff and Lucy Boynton are both alright, and it is the type of movie I\u2019ve already forgotten a couple days later, I suppose if you enjoy the genre, it\u2019s worthy of a rental as it\u2019s not a lost cause.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Don\u2019t Knock Twice<\/em><\/strong> does knock on Blu-ray door and is presented with a 2.40 widescreen aspect ratio and a 1080p high-definition transfer. For the most part it\u2019s a solid looking picture with a fair portion being fairly dark though detail is still sharp and blacks are stark. Outside of the darker scenes, the daylight shots do give off some color.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The movie comes with a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track (2.0 option also available) and has a wide array to judge from the quieter, more suspense-building, scenes to when the horror really picks up toward the end displaying all available channels. Dialogue levels come through with center channel quite nicely and for extra measure, the LFE channel does kick on.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
