PLOT SYNOPSIS

Fatigued by the long combat in Europe, Lt. Phil Hartman (GEORGE SEGAL) and his men are ordered to advance on Remagen, a possible toehold into enemy territory. Meanwhile, Maj. Paul Kreuger (ROBERT VAUGHN) of the German armed forces is ordered to defend the town and the nearby bridge across the Rhine. As a desperate battle commences, Hartman and Kreuger both find themselves pawns of larger forces and witness how war can turn each side against itself.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Twilight Time releases The Bridge at Remagen<\/em><\/strong> onto Blu-ray with a 1080p high-definition transfer and presented in its original 2.35 widescreen aspect ratio. It\u2019s a fine looking picture with natural looking skin tones for the well-lit scenes while detail was relatively sharp and free of apparent flaws like scratches, specs, etc.<\/p>\n

The disc comes with a basic but effective DTS-HD Master Audio Mono track which provides clear dialogue levels and some modest depth in regards to the action sequences.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
