After suffering a family tragedy, Mack Phillips (SAM WORTHINGTON) spirals into a deep depression that causes him to question his innermost beliefs. God\u2019s Heart for Humanity (8:59; HD)<\/u><\/strong> is about the core theme of the novel\/book.<\/p>\n

\u201cHeaven Knows\u201d: The Power of Song with Hillsong United (6:09; HD)<\/u><\/strong> looks at the music composed for the movie.<\/p>\n

Something Bigger Than Ourselves: The Making of The Shack<\/em> (13:03; HD)<\/u><\/strong> is a behind-the-scenes featurette that includes interviews with members of the cast and crew.<\/p>\n

Premiere Night: A Blessed Evening (18:08; HD)<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 Radio host Delilah (didn\u2019t know she still had a show) gives an intro that I guess was shown in theaters afterward.<\/p>\n

The Shack<\/em><\/strong> arrives on Blu-ray through Summit Entertainment and is presented with a 2.40 widescreen aspect ratio and a 1080p high-definition transfer. There\u2019s a nice array here from the darker, and starker, elements of winter to the more colorful portions when Mack visits the trinity. Detail looks sharp and it has a clean, pleasant looking appearance.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
