Two other shows, though I only checked them out when I was older in the \u201890s, were \u201cKnight Rider\u201d and \u201cMiami Vice\u201d, both offered thrilling episodes though \u201cVice\u201d was certainly darker in tone while \u201cRider\u201d was generally basic yet fun leisure, as such it\u2019s probably my favorite of the two though the other offered better writing and performances&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cKnight Rider\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The series follows the thrilling adventures of Michael Knight (DAVID HASSELHOFF), a detective thought to be dead, who\u2019s been given a new face and identity. His assignment: to fight crime with the help of an artificially intelligent, talking car named K.I.T.T., a high-speed, futuristic weapon outfitted with high-tech gadgets and a personality of its own. Driven by justice, they set out to take down criminals who operate above the law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cMiami Vice\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The cops. The cars. The clothes. Set against the seamy and steamy Miami underworld, suave cops Sonny Crockett (DON JOHNSON) and Ricardo Tubbs (PHILIP MICHAEL THOMAS) battle a never-ending gallery of criminals, drug dealers, and lowlifes. No surprise, they are bare bones releases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Missing on the <strong>\u201cKnight Rider\u201d<\/strong> releases is a commentary with Hasselhoff and Glen Larson as well as a few featurettes.
