Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo are four genetically mutated turtles who have grown into human-sized, ninja-powered crime-fighters living in the sewers of New York City. Under the tutelage of Master Splinter, these four teens have spent their formative years fighting their nemesis, Shredder, and his evil army. But the turtles\u2019 world is about to change. If you thought Shredder was bad, wait until you meet the newest TMNT foe \u2013 Dragon\u2019s Lord! It will take all the power of the turtles to combat this new villain…lucky for them, they will have help from a new ninja turtle, a female turtle named Venus De Milo!<\/p>\n

Quick Hit Review: <\/strong>What presumably is a follow-up to the feature films, as evidenced from the crappy turtle suits, though even the Turtles III<\/em> costumes were better believe it or not, and that their headquarters is underground in an abandoned train station, \u201cNinja Turtles: The Next Mutation\u201d<\/strong> is an abomination of a series where Saban attempted to make it into something akin to \u201cPower Rangers\u201d (to the point where there were cross-over episodes). But beyond that, or because of it I suppose, it\u2019s just not very good: the jokes fell completely flat, the action and choreography was dreadful and even the voice talents were pretty bad; of course it didn\u2019t help the voices didn\u2019t synch with the mouth movements which makes the turtles incredibly creepy.<\/p>\n
