Alchemy releases Frankenstein<\/em><\/strong> presented with a 1.78 widescreen aspect ratio and a 1080p high-definition transfer. Although parts of the film have a washed-out effect, detail was at least still sharp and there didn\u2019t appear to be major flaws like aliasing or artifacts.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Overall, Frankenstein<\/em><\/strong> is an interesting re-telling of the classic story and features great performances from Xavier Samuel and Carrie-Anne Moss and although there are certainly flaws with the script and a limited budget, it\u2019s well worthwhile watching though it seems like this would be tailored for SyFy. The Blu-ray released through Alchemy offers good video and audio transfer but sadly no features were included.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
