PLOT SYNOPSIS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Special Operative James Webster (MICHAEL JAI WHITE) has just returned from duty, only to witness the brutal slaying of his brother. Lionsgate releases Chain of Command<\/em><\/strong> presented with a 1.78 widescreen aspect ratio and a 1080p high-definition transfer. The movie, being direct-to-video, looks it and appears to have been shot digitally so it has a very glossy tone. Colors are generally fine though skin tones do have somewhat of a waxy texture. The transfer itself, though, is clean, free of aliasing and artifacts.

AUDIO \u2013 3.0\/5<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track is rather basic with OK dialogue levels but the action centric scenes are pretty flat and don\u2019t show off much depth. The rear channels do get some work with ambient noises and the generic score but generally speaking, it\u2019s at best an average lossless track.<\/p>\n

The Blu-ray itself is basic with no bonus material while the video and audio transfers are at best adequate.<\/p>\n
