Midway was a nice surprise as going in didn’t have much of any expectations, but found the action to be well done and features a fine ensemble cast, no one really standing out, and instead the air battles take center stage.

The Dark Knight 4K Ultra HD Review

The Dark Knight might just be the closest to superhero movie perfection as they come and although it might be mostly remembered for Heath Ledger’s amazing performance which garnered him an Oscar posthumously, the script is expertly written by Jonathan and Christopher Nolan.

Incarnate wasn’t terrible but was entirely forgettable and only bearable thanks to Aaron Eckhart who for some reason agreed to this turkey of a supernatural-horror flick that somehow made to the big screen albeit for a short time.

Review: London Has Fallen BD + Screen Caps

London Has Fallen is an entertaining actioner, something that probably would’ve better served released back in the ‘80s, though it’s not exactly a necessary sequel since Olympus Has Fallen, while a nice time, didn’t need a follow-up. Having said that, this entry is at least worth a rental, just don’t expect any sort of depth.

Review: My All American BD + Screen Caps

My All American is the clichéd sports drama but mostly well acted especially on the part of Finn Wittrock. I can’t say I recommend it considering it is the type of film that will eventually air on Spike or maybe even the Hallmark Channel in a few years but if you enjoy the genre, it might be a worthwhile rental.

I, Frankenstein Blu-ray Review

I, Frankenstein is not only dumb movie but worse of all, takes itself far too seriously so you take something that could’ve been a fun little ride into a dark and dank film that instead is forgettable in nearly every regard save for Bill Nighy who is perhaps the only good thing in this mess of a film.
