The opinions I share are my own.

Upon receiving a terminal diagnosis, Sarah (KAREN GILLAN) opts for a cloning procedure to ease her loss on her friends and family. When she makes a sudden and miraculous recovery, her attempts to decommission her clone fail, leading to a court-mandated duel to the death. Now, she has one year to train her mind and body for the fight of her life.

Features include an Audio Commentary with writer/director Riley Stearns and The Making of Dual (9:49) behind-the-scenes featurette.

VIDEO – 4/5

Dual comes to Blu-ray from RLJE Films and is presented with a 1.85 widescreen aspect ratio and a 1080p high-definition transfer. This is a pretty darkly lit movie, I guess in keeping with the dark tone of the story, however detail on close-ups were adequate and at the very least black levels were decent and you can discern what’s occurring on the screen.

AUDIO – 4¼/5

The movie comes with a good DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track. Dialogue comes across with fine clarity and there is some okay depth for the actual duel scenes but there’s not a whole lot in this movie that makes great use of the rear channels outside of some ambient noises or the score.

Check out some more 1080p screen caps by going to page 2. Please note, these do contain spoilers.
