Hawaii Five-0 comes to an end after a fairly impressive 10 season run and while the acting I don’t think was ever top notch, some of the stories, thanks to the locations, were entertaining.

Hawaii Five-O: The Ninth Season is shown in its original televised 1.78 widescreen aspect ratio and the tropical setting comes across really nicely even in standard definition and on DVD. There is some minor banding but all in all, it does look good with brightly lit colors. (Copied from Season 9 Review)
Each episode comes with a standard Dolby Digital 5.1 track which offers clear, if not a little heavy, dialogue levels with the music, including the iconic main theme, giving the most depth of the tracks. (Copied from Season 9 Review) |
