Big Wednesday is a well acted drama mixing surfing drama with 1960s culture clash, not a great movie but it is worthy of a rental.

Big Wednesday is presented in its original 2.40 widescreen aspect ratio and given an impressive looking 1080p transfer, newly minted for this Blu-ray. Colors are fairly vibrant and skin tones appear natural. An all around notable transfer.
The movie comes with a decently strong DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 track which outputs good dialogue levels and some fine depth, most notably during the surfing sequences. |
