Wolf Warrior 2, amazingly, is one of the highest grossing movies of all-time taking in $854 million in China, the second highest in any single market behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens. As for the movie itself, it’s entertaining enough for sure though nothing really separates it from others in the genre either.

SPECIAL FEATURES – 2.0/5

From what I can see, this did come with a slip cover (my review copy did not, however). Features wise, we get 4 Behind the Scenes featurettes and the Trailer (1:36; HD).

VIDEO – 4.25/5, AUDIO – 4.75/5

Well Go USA Entertainment releases Wolf Warrior 2 onto Blu-ray presented with a 2.35 widescreen aspect ratio and a 1080p high-definition transfer. For the most part it’s a satisfying looking picture while the DTS:X audio really makes excellent usage of the many action sequences.

OVERALL – 3.0/5

Overall, Wolf Warrior 2, amazingly, is one of the highest grossing movies of all-time taking in $854 million in China, the second highest in any single market behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens. As for the movie itself, it’s entertaining enough for sure though nothing really separates it from others in the genre either. The Blu-ray offers up great video/audio transfers and so-so features.
