Escape from L.A. seems to blend together 1980s and 1990s cheese with a mixture of success while others are just too much, though Kurt Russell is still great as Snake. I will say, this one at least does have some replay value.
3:10 to Yuma is one of the best modern westerns that features precision direction from James Mangold and includes a stellar cast by Russell Crowe, Christian Bale and Peter Fonda not to mention Ben Foster, Alan Tudyk and Logan Lerman in supporting roles.
Before I begin this review, let me preface it by saying I was a huge fan of the first The Boondock Saints. Now that I’ve said that, let me say that the sequel, Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day is nowhere near to the caliber of the first flick in any way shape or form.
