We Don’t Belong Here is an odd movie but features a respectable cast including the late Anton Yelchin in one of his last roles. The DVD released through Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and is rather standard with so-so video/audio transfers but sadly no bonus material.

The Crush isn’t a good movie by any stretch but can be a guilty pleasure. It’s probably one Alicia Silverstone’s better performances, behind Clueless, and a lot of fun seeing/hearing Cary Elwes struggle with his American accent. The film is at best passable entertainment but not much more than that.

Reach Me is a mess of a film that began with the screenplay and continued on with some poor performances by a mostly respectable cast. Unlike the 3D presentation, I found the 2D to be very fulfilling. The film though still does not entertain me much, and I don’t see myself ever wanting to re-watch it again. But for fans of the classic tale, or parents willing to sit through this with their little ones, sure, give it a shot. Just don’t be upset if you find yourself holding the same opinion I have.
