Okay, I’m willing to borrow a copy of the Blu-ray and watch this for the third time and perhaps the special features and home audio will win me over. I saw it in the theater first and then again on TV and I didn’t like it as much as the first 2 either time. The 3D version was so dark I couldn’t tell what was going on and I thought the laughs were less than the previous installments which is the most important part of the movie to me. I love how convenient it was to watch this movie the other day when I was out of town on a business trip. I hooked my laptop up to the TV in my hotel room and pulled up the movie on my dishonline.com employee account. It was free for me as a customer and I agree that I would recommend this movie; it was very funny.

The movie “Gettysburg” is the most moving depiction of this horrific battle that I have ever seen. It shares the stories of each side accurately and without partiality. The cast is so aptly selected even to actually resembling the original heroes and each actor gives a brilliant performance. Actor, Jeff Daniels, is absolutely OUTSTANDING in his role of Federal Col. Joshua L. Chamberlain–his interpretation makes this colonel come alive as a true ‘man of honor’–very brave but also very humble. The soundtrack so well fits the movie, being both chilling and beautiful. What a masterpiece!

Of course a show called “Ancient Aliens” is going to be alien-centric. But the show offers up no scientific proof of anything. Which goes to show you:
1) There is a reason why “alien origins” is not taught in high school and college.
2) If you want to learn about ancient engineering feats, talk to an engineer, not a historian.
3) If you want to learn about history, talk to unbiased historians, instead of watching an alien-biased TV show.

The “Alien Evolution” documentary was shown on Channel 4, not the BBC. And the original televised version of it was over 2 hours long.
