Warner Bros. releases Clara’s Heart onto Blu-ray through their Archive program. The film is presented in its original 1.85 widescreen aspect ratio and given a new 1080p high-definition transfer. The picture here looks quite good, detail on the close-ups was fairly sharp and nicely defined while some of the more distant shots was a bit murkier. However, colors are well balanced and natural in appearance.

The disc comes with a standard but fairly nice DTS-HD Master Audio Stereo track which was more than serviceable for a strictly dramatic movie, with the majority of it being dialogue with some modest depth that comes through with good clarity.
