London Fields bar none is one of the worst films I’ve come across in the last few years with a terrible screenplay unaided by either stilted acting from the likes of Thornton and Heard to Sturgess chewing the hell out of every scene he was in.

PLOT SYNOPSIS

Clairvoyant femme fatale Nicola Six (AMBER HEARD) has been living with a dark premonition of her impending death by murder. She begins a tangled love affair with three uniquely different men (BILLY BOB THORNTON, THEO JAMES, JIM STURGESS), one of whom she knows will be her murderer.

SPECIAL FEATURES – 0.5/5

The only feature is the Theatrical Trailer (1:49).

VIDEO – 4.0/5, AUDIO – 3.75/5

The movie is presented with a 16×9 enhanced 2.39 widescreen aspect ratio and despite being standard definition, does look pretty good showcasing the attempts at film noir. The included Dolby Digital 5.1 track offers clear dialogue and some respectable depth.

OVERALL – 1.25/5

Overall, London Fields bar none is one of the worst films I’ve come across in the last few years with a terrible screenplay unaided by either stilted acting from the likes of Thornton and Heard to Jim Sturgess chewing the hell out of every scene he was in. Absolutely terrible though there is supposedly a director’s cut, but doubt there’s enough interest for it to get some sort of physical home video release (wouldn’t rule out appearing on a streaming service).
